will you be making the slides available as usual?
Judy
31:11
Some of the women in my Church Women's Group set up a Text Message Group and we send a text when we get up in the morning. If someone is not heard from by 10 am we attemp to contact them. If no response, one of us goes to their home.
Robin
32:39
As so many of our members are relucant to use video (or try out Zoom), we've been using conference calls. We limit attendance to 10 people. We require they RSVP in advance, and we share a list of people on the call.

Robin
36:23
Kathleen Smith - we see your name!
cidney donahoo
37:10
We can see your name, it only says “me” on your screen
Dave Orlowski
37:46
Also importamt to disable meeting option able for members to record
Karen St Clair
38:00
Since I clicked "gallery" I now see 25 faces, not the full group. Any way to see the whole group?
Dave Orlowski
38:08
for Hippa reasons
cidney donahoo
38:56
there should be an arrow on the right side of the screen that you can click to go to the next page.
Lauren
38:57
Very helpful
Trang Nguyen
39:11
Karen St. Clair - if you hover over your screen, you should arrows to the sides to scroll through and see the rest of the group. Unfortunately, the screen won’t show everyone on one screen for larger groups.

Susan King
40:48
You can put it in speaker view so the speaker’s face will appear on the screen

Thank you
Dave Orlowski
42:34
Also, especially for large groups, enter your name and not an id as it's a good way for people to put a face to the name
Pamela Batz
42:56
How long will chat stay up so we can grab links?
Robin
43:38
Is your plan to give the password credentials for the host to each person wanting to use your Zoom acct? Can one host mess things up for the next host?
Lauren
44:00
Other than traditional support groups, can groups like Tremble clefs, exercise groups etc also use this service by PMDA? They are support groups also just not your traditional groups.
Pamela Batz
44:26
In chat box look at three dots in right corner so you can save chat.
Jerrica Stone
45:04
Lauren, I'm a Tremble Clefs leader from San Diego. I'm on this call too to help better service out members. :)
Trang Nguyen
45:07
Thanks, Pamela for sharing that tip about saving chats :)
Rebecca Korduner
45:12
Robin we are still confirming how we are going to manage for our hosts in light of Zoombombing.
Mary Jane Berry
46:43
GAPS, Georgetown Area Parkinson's Support Group did our first ZOOM last week with over 100 attending with 4 speakers sharing screen. It was almost 2 hours. We will do this again for our April meeting. ZOOM is great!

Susan King
49:19
I mentioned before about speaker view vs gallery view and you didn’t talk about it.
Robin
50:03
if you use the 3 dots to save the chat, where does it save it to?
Jerrica Stone
50:44
Robin, a folder on your computer. :)
Robin
51:24
Jerrica - yes, I get that it's a folder on my computer but what's the folder name?
Shannon Elliott
51:27
shannon@pmdalliance.org
Trang Nguyen
51:38
The chat saves to your computer. It’ll save to whatever your default folder so that will be different on each computer depending on your settings.
Robin
51:44
what's Rebecca's contact info?
Jerrica Stone
51:56
it created a Zoom folder in my Documents folder. :)

Rebecca Korduner
58:08
Diana -- it looks like they do have a Linux client. I have NO idea how good it is, as I am not super familiar with using Linux.
Robin
58:19
Can someone say a bit about blackhorn.io?
Diana
59:14
OK, thanks so much, Rebecca.
Trang Nguyen
59:22
Blackthorn is the platform we use to create and track events, which is why you’re seeing blackthorn.io for the two training registration links.
David Von Hofen
59:39
Shannon, Does Pro give you the ability to register participants or is that done through a separate platform
Robin
01:00:17
Would you recommend using Blackthorn as a way to communicate to our group members?
Sheila - Tucson, AZ
01:00:43
Now that Zoom is so popular during shelter-in-place, is there a concern that it could crash from everyone (not just our PD community) trying to use it at once?
Robin
01:01:04
Yes!
Trang Nguyen
01:03:12
David Van Hofen - you’ll need to send the meeting invite to your group. Users won’t be able to register through Zoom.
Robin
01:04:41
Yikes - how will you prevent Zoombombing (if hosts are giving out the same link nation-wide)?
Rebecca Korduner
01:05:15
Robin -- There will be a way for you to be able to claim the host when you log into the meeting that will only be for those that partner with us to utilize our links.
Robert Garcia
01:05:28
Sorry but I have to leave the meeting. Hope to see you all next week. R. Garcia
Robin

If live speaker, not sure that 90 minutes will be enough time.
Mary Jane Berry
01:12:17
We/GAPS did a Facebook Live and yes, we recorded and saved on our YouTube channel We had 4 speakers/presenters and that included an exercises segment too! . Our April meeting we will do the same.
Diana
